Nikita is a passionate and dedicated stage crew member, freshly into the world of technical theatre and overall stage management. With a strong attention to detail and a love for the behind-the-scenes work, Nikita has already contributed to the successful execution of three productions.  She has quickly gained experience with set changes, prop management, and assisting with backstage operations.
